Requesting Transcripts
Class of 2026: We will begin processing transcript requests on September 2 to ensure accurate records are submitted to colleges. All transcripts must be requested through SchooLinks. Follow below instructions.
- Login to SchooLinks (Using ClassLink or Google)
- Complete FERPA form by clicking on College > College Applications
- Request Transcripts & Letters of Recommendations using the below instructions!

November 1 Application Deadline - Must be REQUESTED by October 28

December 1 Application Deadline - Must be REQUESTED by November 25

January 1 Application Deadline - Must be REQUESTED by December 16

Other Deadline - At least 1 week prior to deadline!
For transcripts to be sent to scholarship programs, enrichment programs, NCAA / NAIA, etc.

RECENT GRADS (Class of 2025)
If you need an official copy sent, please reach out to Ms. Hartfield via email at khartfield@parkwayschools.net. Include the mailing address or email recipient when making the request. NOTE: Official transcripts cannot be emailed to students or parents. A transcript is only official if it is sent directly from the school to the sending location.
ALUMNI (Class of 2024 or Earlier)
Parkway North High may only process transcript requests for one school year beyond graduation. For all transcript requests prior to the class of 2024, please click here for more information and instructions for requesting transcripts from Parkway School District.
COLLEGE TRANSCRIPTS (for Dual Credit Coursework)
We do not have access to any of your college transcripts. You must request transcripts from UMSL and/or MO State (for college credits you have earned during high school) directly from those universities. Those transcripts should only need to be sent to the one college you choose to attend after high school, and are typically sent in May/June. There is a small fee attached with requesting these transcripts.
